THE PERFECT ACCOMMODATION IN THE PERFECT LOCATION! Between The Parks B&B is situated on Manhattan's Upper West Side. Steps from Central Park and Riverside Park, Lincoln Center, museums, subway and bus stops. Restaurants and outdoor cafes galore -- just around the corner. Laundry and parking garage on our street. Free wi-fi with your own laptop at Starbucks, or internet café with computers, both within one block.

You will be our guest in a private, air-conditioned bedroom with an antique queen-size brass bed, and its own private bathroom with tub/shower. Hastens and Frette bed linens and fluffy towels. In the morning we can provide coffee or tea and croissants from legendary Zabar's.

Our flat is located on the second floor of a secure, well-maintained elevator building. Our dog is kept in a separate, private part of the apartment.

Between The Parks Bed and Breakfast is a no-smoking home. There is also no smoking in the public areas of the building.

HOW WE WORK: We generally prepare breakfast between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. Like many B&B's we prefer to close during the day, so unless you make special arrangements with us, we ask that you be out of the apartment between 10:00 am and 4:00pm. (There is so much to do in New York City; why stay indoors?) Please return in the evenings before 1:00 a.m., as a courtesy to the other sleepers. Currently we accept payment in cash or via PayPal.
